How To Get Started With Every Door Direct Mail:
We would like to suggest that you first call us to "Chat" about EDDM and how it might fit into your marketing program. We will answer any of your questions and walk you thru selecting carrier routes, using your store address as an example. You can bookmark what we work on together so that you can play with the program and really see how effective it can be for you. We'll give you some guidance on where to find demographic information that works with the carrier routes that your select and the information is FREE.

Here are the simple steps to using the new USPS Mail Program started if you wish to do it yourself:
1) Choose Your Mailing Area and and consider how many pieces you wish to mail. You will go to the USPS site and it will provide you with the number of delivery addresses on every carrier route in every zip code. You select the routes you wish to mail. Once you have found which routes you would like to mail, take a total of those routes and that will determine how many postcards you will need to complete your mailing.
2) Choose Your Printed Piece Size: Pick a size that meets the requirement of the program which is any size larger than 6.25" x11" and up to 12_x15." The most common sizes we recommend are 6.25" x 11", 8.5" x11" and 11" x17" folded to 8.5" x11". Any of these sizes will make a huge statement to your customer. Once you have decided what size to print we can design and print them for you fast and easy.
3) Schedule your mailing and gain new customers: You can either mail your postcard by yourself using the USPS system at http://smp.usps.gov to create your paperwork and dropping off at your local post office. Alternatively, we can prepare the mailing for you, ship it to you and all you have to do is deliver it and remit to the post office in the zip code for that mailing.
This new USPS program is a MAJOR step by USPS to get you back into the mass mailing game. They have modified their system significantly to accomodate you and make it as easy as possible for you to do as much for yourself as you can without the additional expenses of computers and software that mailing houses must use in order to comply.
