We recently acquired an interest in a local mailing house, BZ Mailing Services, that has been doing business in the Daytona Beach area for over 17 years. We now have a complete line of services from addressing and delivering your mail to USPS to acquiring, sorting and developiing your mailing list. So the fit with InForm is perfect in order to get your direct mail completed in one location.
Why should you have someone else put your mailing together? What's in it for you? Consider the manhours involved in folding, stuffing, sealing, stamping and addressing your mailing. When you all of your time involved and the cost of postage, allowing us to process your mailing could very well pay for itself in just the amount of postage saved due to our ability to sort and delivery your mail to the USPS in carrier route format.
For example, a recent 2800 pieces mailing of a 4" x 6" postcard for a client saved him almost 6 cents per piece on his mailing cost (22 cents rather than a 28 cent stamp and the delivery was still first class service) which covered the cost of the mail processing, addressing, sorting and delivery to the post office. In effect, he got the mail processing for free and didn't use up a single man hour of his own staff. Now that's a great deal!

Your Mailing List or Purchase A List? All we need to use your mailing list is to have it in an excel file or in comma or tab delimited format. If you don't have a mailing list we can purchase a list for you. List come in one of two formats. There is a "consumer" list or "resident occupant saturation" list.
The consumer list enables you to get a list with the names of individuals at each address. Demographics can also be applied to limit age, income or other perameters for those selected.
The resident occupant saturation list does not give you the individuals name (instead listed as occupant) and the names are grouped by carrier route. Demographics can be applied but they would apply to the carrier route and not the individual address.
The cost of an "resident occupant saturation" mailing list name is about one third that of the Consumer list name. Cost of mailing a piece with a "resident occupant saturation" list is also less expensive since it is a saturation list which commands a lower rate.
